Alicia Keys offers her penthouse at cut price

New York, Jan 20 (IANS) Singer Alicia Keys is so eager to sell her penthouse here that she has slashed the asking price from $17.95 million to $15 million.

She purchased it from Lenny Kravitz in 2010 for $12.75 million.

According to the dailymail.co.uk, the 31-year-old has been extremely eager to sell the property since moving to a new home she bought from actor Eddie Murphy for $12 million in October last year.

She\'s married to music producer Swizz Beatz & the couple reportedly secured the estate, which boasts of 32 rooms & a recording studio, for less than half of its original listing price.

Her apartment, which was completely renovated by Kravitz after he bought it in 2000, reportedly featured multiple staircases, floor-to-ceiling windows & a stunning rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the city.
