Michael Lohan to Dina: Shut Yer Yap or I’ll Sue!

Michael Lohan has had it up to here with ex-wife Dina Lohan’s claims that he raped her back in 1990. He’s threatening to sue her if she doesn’t STFU.

MiLo’s attorney just sent a cease-and-desist letter to her after her recent interview in which she detailed the alleged rape & preceding cocaine binge.

She moreover provided black eye photos in an attempt to prove her bombshell story.

Calling Dina’s allegations “false, defamatory, & unlawful,” Mike’s lawyer moreover implies she’s been harassing him with voicemails & emails of late.

Dina made the accusations in graphic detail earlier this week, stating that Lindsay Lohan is such a mess because her father is a mess & did these things.

Not an unreasonable point … yet she needs to look in the mirror as well as point fingers. MiLo may be a seedy character, yet Dina’s hardly a positive influence.

Long story short, Michael wants Dina to quiet the hell down, cease with the tabloid claims & stop contacting him once & for all … or he’ll sue.

No response to Dina, yet she’s probably on the phone with ET as we speak.
