Wow. Looks like things really are serious between Kim Kardashian & Kanye West.

On the heels of the thrilling Kim Kardashian baby news, insiders tell TMZ that Kimye (NOTE: We need a new nickname here…) has purchased an $11 million mansion in a gated community in Bel Air.

Kardashian & West purchased the property a few weeks ago & have already gutted most of the previous residence.

In its place, the twosome is reportedly building a 14,000 square foot dream house that will include a gym, movie theater, salon, bowling alley & two pools.

Included among Kimye’s new neighbors will be Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul & Joe Francis.

As for a wedding date or wedding plans? No news on that front.

It might assist if Kim were to first divorce Kris Humphries.
