Justin Bieber Ferrari: Pulled Over Again!

Justin Bieber continues to have bad luck with that whole driving thing.

This time, however, the singer cannot be blamed for any faulty action behind the wheel.

Law enforcement officials confirm to TMZ that Lil Za borrowed Bieber’s wheels and was cited by police today at 1:30 a.m. due to the vehicle’s tinted windows.

It didn’t assist that this Lil Za character was moreover driving without a license and was lucky to only receive a ticket for that offense, as opposed to an arrest.

Just a month ago, Lil Twist moreover borrowed Bieber’s car… moreover received pulled over… and tragedy stuck when a photographer trying to get pictures of the vehicle was hit by a passing car.

This time around? Lil Za flipped off a reporter while sitting in the back of the squad car.
