New TV Spot for Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained – ‘Curious’

Django Unchained Poster e1352739991715 220x1501 New TV Spot for Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained – ‘Curious’Django Unchained is set to hit US theatres next week on Christmas Day, & with a slew of awards & nominations already coming for the movie, it looks like this is going to be one of the year’s best, as we all knew it would be.

We’ve seen plenty from the film already to convince us of its impressiveness, most recently with a tremendous set of clips last week. And with only a few days left before it arrives on the huge screen, The Weinstein Company have released another brilliant thirty-second spot, which is more than enough to persuade us to head out to cinemas as shortly as it arrives.

“Set in the South two years before the Civil War, DJANGO UNCHAINED stars Academy Award(R)-winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Academy Award(R)-winner Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers, & only Django can lead him to his bounty. The unorthodox Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles–dead or alive.”

Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, & Leonardo DiCaprio lead a brilliant cast, joined by Kerry Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Jonah Hill, Don Johnson, & Walton Goggins.

Tarantino is naturally once more directing from his own script, with past collaborators Bob & Harvey Weinstein serving as executive producers.

Django Unchained will be unleashed in US cinemas on Christmas Day next week. It will be seeing its UK release date slightly after on 18th January, yet when it comes to Tarantino, you know it’s always going to be worth the wait. And by that time, we’ll know whether the film will be heading to the Oscars. I can’t wait. For now, here’s the latest TV spot to make it that little bit easier. Enjoy.
