New International Clip from The Best Offer with Geoffrey Rush & Jim Sturgess

Renowned Italian filmmaker, Giuseppe Tornatore (Cinema Paradiso), returns behind the camera this year to bring us The Best Offer, his first English language film in more than a decade.

The very promising first international trailer surfaced late last year, & Warner Bros. have recently released a new clip – in the dubbed Italian language – for us to enjoy. And even though I can’t understand what’s being said, I still really want to see this film.

“Virgil Oldman (Geoffrey Rush) is an eccentric genius, art expert, known & appreciated all over the world. His life runs away from feelings, until a mysterious woman (Sylvia Hoeks) invites him to his villa to make an assessment. It will be the beginning of a relationship that will alter for his life forever.”

Geoffrey Rush, Jim Sturgess, Sylvia Hoeks, & Donald Sutherland lead an superior cast, with Tornatore directing from his own script.

The Best Offer is currently in theatres in Italy as of New Year’s Day. Still no word yet on a UK or US release date, yet we’re keeping our fingers crossed that it will be arriving on our shores soon, too. For now, here’s the new clip.
